The Andrey Rylkov Foundation fights for reopening its website

The Andrey Rylkov Foundation, an NGO that advocates for harm reduction and drug users human rights in Moscow, just made a press release in an effort to defend the organisation’s website reputation, to explain its function and real targets and to invite the Russian drug czar in a press conference so that the situation gets clarified. The press release also aims at drawing the attention to a big campaign that the ARF runs this week. The ARF is going through hard times and needs everyone’s support!
